CORE Connection provides individual, and group therapy services for children, teens, adults. We specialize in working with neurodivegent clients and families needing support with mental health challenges, social skills and emotional regulation. We are seeking therapists to join our team as we expand the services we provide in our child & family centered group practice.
We are currently hiring Full time or Part time Clinical Therapists:
● LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, PsyD, or PhD
● Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills
● Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
● Desire to collaborate with team members and families
● Passion for neurodevelopmental, relational, or trauma-informed work
● CAQH/BCBS paneling a plus (not required)
Schedule & Availability
Our practice specializes in children, teens, and young adults who typically need after-school, evening or weekend appointments. A clinical schedule is considered 5-6 appointments per day. To meet our clients needs evening availability is required. Weekend availability is welcome but not required.
Part-Time- Minimum 15 clinical hours/week available to schedule (afterschool/evenings)
● Typically, 3 days/week
● Includes at least 2-3 evenings and/or 1 weekend day
Full-Time 20+ clinical hours/week available to schedule
● Typically, 4–5 days/week
● Includes 3+ evenings (and/or evenings + weekends)
We will collaborate with you to build a sustainable schedule and to meet client needs.

Preference given to the following applicants:
Illinois Licensed LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist
Specialized Training in: play therapy, family therapy, trauma & creative arts and other evidence based therapies
Experience working with children, teens and young adults
Experience in the treatment of Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders
Group therapy experience and training in social skills programs- Social Thinking, PEERs
Prior private practice, hospital or school experience
Credentialed with CAQH and Blue Cross Blue Shield
